The project
Based on a concept by High Scream, IN/OFF adapted the initial sketches into an operational scenography for a high-capacity outdoor venue, keeping the visual impact while making it buildable. The stage became a mega-city of skyscrapers and industrial scenery.
The project was delivered five weeks after concept approval. Storage limits, wind resistance and fast on-site operations shaped every choice: the set was installed and dismantled each week of the season, with a six-hour build and a three-hour strike.
