The project
Formerly “Les Pêcheurs”, an iconic venue in this medieval village, the restaurant was fully redesigned for its new owners, in line with the region’s traditional aesthetic.
Every element is custom: a decorative metal panel covering a full wall, a chandelier designed and made in the IN/OFF workshop, and two hand-painted murals rooted in the village’s history.

What the audience never sees: the drawing, the build, the logistics. Every IN/OFF project page shows its OFF side.
